Press releases concerning judgments that the Court considers particularly essential or likely to interest the population are drawn up by the "media" unit. These press releases consist of a summary report of the judgments. Due to their nature, the press releases do not contain the reasoning developed in the decisions or specific nuances specific to each judgment. They are not binding on the Court.
