The documents server is the historical archive of the judgments of the Constitutional Court, kept year by year since 1985. Via the links to the language archives below you first choose a language; within each language the judgments are arranged by year.

The file names explained

  • YYYY-NNNx.pdf — the judgment (x = the language letter: n, f, d or e)
  • YYYY-NNNx-info.pdf — the accompanying press release or summary

Every judgment exists in Dutch, French and German. When a judgment is not delivered in German, the German version becomes available some time later. The English archive contains only a selection: only certain judgments are translated into English.

Download a whole year at once
