Judgments

The judgments of the Court are given in Dutch, French and – in the cases provided for by the Special Act of 6 January 1989 on the Constitutional Court – also in German. If the judgments are not given in German, they are translated in extracts in German. Moreover, some judgments are translated, in full or in summary, in English.
